All inclusive – no hidden costs All utilities as well as numerous extras are already included in the rent: * Electricity, water and other utilities * Highspeed internet * Cleaning service and cleaning robot * Netflix * PlayStation for shared use * Use of all common rooms and household appliances Basically, you only need to buy your own groceries and your own detergent. There are no fixed chores or fixed assigned cleaning tasks. It is only important to us that the shared areas are left clean and tidy. Room and bathroom The room is partially furnished. Upon arrangement, you can of course also bring your own furniture. You share a bathroom with a rain shower with one other person. Additionally, a second bathroom with a bathtub is available to you at any time. For visitors, there is a separate guest room that can be used by all residents upon arrangement. This provides pleasant indoor air as well as very good thermal and sound insulation. Zürich, Stettbach, Wallisellen, the Glattzentrum and the airport are quickly and easily reachable by public transport. Each person has enough privacy and can shape their own daily life. Since we all work a lot and some of us have a second residence, we are not always at home.
