We are renting our cozy and quietly located 4-room old building apartment in the St. Galler Lachenquartier for a limited period from 1. November 2026 to 30. June 2027. Regarding the exact rental period, there is some flexibility; a move-in would be possible at the end of October if required. The apartment is rented fully furnished and is suitable for a single person, a couple, or a shared apartment (WG). It currently features one bedroom, one living room, an office, a dressing room, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a pantry, one bathroom and a separate WC, as well as a spacious private terrace. The living room and/or office can be used as additional bedrooms if required for use as a shared apartment. The laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is available for free use. The apartment is located in the Lachenquartier in St. Gallen directly next to the Kreuzbleiche (park/sports facility). A bus stop as well as various shopping facilities (Migros, Denner) are in the immediate vicinity. The Fachhochschule St. Gallen, the train station, and the old town can be reached via public transport within 5min and on foot in approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Mietdauer: 1. November 2026 bis 30.
