Room in a shared flat

**Room & Apartment** The room is 11 m2, has a large window and is located in a nice, quiet position at the edge of the apartment. In the 4.5-room apartment, we have plenty of space: a large living room with a dining area, a kitchen (with dishwasher!), a bathroom with a bathtub and 3 bedrooms. Additionally, there is a spacious, covered balcony (loggia). In the cellar, there is a washing machine and drying room for the house community, plus a cellar compartment. **Location** The apartment is located super centrally in Kreuzlingen. Everything is quickly reachable: * 1 min. to the bus stop (directly in front of the door) * 12 min. on foot to Bahnhof Kreuzlingen By bicycle, you need: * 5 min. to Konstanz Altstadt * 8 min. to Konstanzer Hauptbahnhof * 5-10 min. to supermarkets (Migros, Coop, Lidl) and across the border for shopping in Germany For leisure and nature: * Seeburgpark by the lake (perfect for jogging or swimming), forest and fields are also quickly reachable **We are** * Dajana (31): Architect/energy consultant, wannabe craftswoman and amateur gardener * Gideon (31): doing his PHD in causal AI and loves cooking and philosophizing * Aleks (28): unfortunately moving away for professional reasons Since we are often on the go, e.g., in our Freiburg home, things are relaxed and informal with us, so if you have an active daily routine, you will fit super well into our dynamic :) If it fits, we chat spontaneously in the evening over a tea or wine in the living room or watch something together. As you may have already gathered from the pictures, everyone shares a great enthusiasm for plants :) Order and cleanliness are important to us, but we see it as completely relaxed if something is left out overnight after an exhausting day. Currently, we mostly speak English in the WG - we look forward to German- or English-speaking roommates! **Info on moving in** For students (Uni Konstanz/HTWG) or people with a job in Switzerland, absolutely no problem. Only no-go from the authorities: If you are doing an apprenticeship in Germany, residency in Switzerland is unfortunately not possible. **Rent & Utilities** The monthly installment for heating/water and internet is already included in the utilities. Remaining bills (electricity, Serafe, trash, annual statement) we share very uncomplicatably via a WG-App. **Move-in:** From the beginning of November 2026 or by arrangement with Aleks, **furniture takeover possible**.
