Available from 1 December 2026 Your room is primarily beautiful, quiet and really large with 52.3 m2. The floor is equipped with parquet and on the southwest side you have three windows with a view into the idyllic courtyard, which offers you breathtaking sunsets, and on the other side there are also two windows. This allows the huge room to be divided into different areas. The historic Lochbach, with its Sleeping Beauty-like bell tower, is first mentioned in documents in the 17th century. Once a recreational bath, a brewery and a restaurant, which now forms the shared apartment. Your room was the Emmensaal of the catering business. This results in a lot of parking spaces and a large kitchen, which is the meeting point of the WG. Due to the available premises, we have our own laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a very large cellar. The courtyard with the relaxing fountain is enclosed by the structure of the building. This is ideal for joint festivities with friends and perhaps soon with you. We are now two women and four men aged 25 to 40 and are looking for a new flatmate for one room. We are sometimes sporty, sometimes unathletic. Cooking, musical and gardening or just being. Sometimes complicated, sometimes uncomplicated. Sociable, but always with the possibility to withdraw. You are interested in expanding or discovering your experiences in a shared apartment. You are welcome regardless of age and gender. The rental price includes service charges (hot water/heating/general). In addition, there are electricity costs, WG petty cash and Internet/TV/Serafe. In total, the room costs Fr. 890.- with everything included, from soup to nuts. The room is actually only rented to one person.
