Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a roommate for a shared flat. Age 23-65. I am sensitive to noise. I am looking for someone who does not talk on speakerphone and is willing to use headphones for music, television, and phone calls if necessary. My rhythm is quiet time from 01.00-09.00 or 10.00. This means during this time I would appreciate quiet door closing, headphones, and consideration regarding noise. I bring a lot of art and furnishings with me. The rental is possible furnished or semi-furnished, or not furnished at all for your room. Everyone has their own room. The living room is shared, or I rent 1 room and keep 2 for myself. Apart from noise at night and in the morning, I am very communicative, funny, and I love to sing, dance, and laugh. You can expect a styled apartment. I am a Style Consultant. I love art, music, dance, exhibitions, parties out of the house, and events. I like to cook together or alone, and sociable togetherness in between would be welcome in my shared flat, but not a duty. Clear tasks in the household and sharing the common costs would be mandatory. And not constant visits from third parties. But an occasional dinner together with friends would be very nice. I value a clean, well-maintained home and appearance. The rent of 1100 plus the costs that we share (Serafe, electricity, internet, waste fees, and similar) must fit easily within your budget and be shared and paid without issue.
