Room in a shared flat

Since we live in Scuol during the winter, we would like to sublet our house for this period. Period: from December/January to the end of April/by arrangement (We will be present from time to time for one night during the winter, otherwise you will be alone most of the time) Your room is currently the guest room. The room is furnished, but we can also remove the furniture if needed. You have your own bathroom. Outdoor parking is available for free. Balcony and very large garden. Additional costs are electricity: depending on how much you heat, this can make a big difference. There is also the possibility to heat with fire. We are looking for an open, friendly, tidy, and animal-loving person who still needs an apartment for the winter months. We would love to keep ducks and it would be ideal if you could take care of them during the winter (from February/March there should be regular fresh eggs 😁) + we have many plants that need to be watered regularly 🪴 If you have any questions or are interested, we would be delighted to hear from you.
