12m² atelier

In the new building development «im quellgrün» in Altendorf, a modern, sustainably implemented development with around 60 apartments as well as various commercial premises was created in 2024. We are renting an atelier on the ground floor of the property Ziegelwies 1, Altendorf. The room is heated, features a wash trough with a cold water connection, and offers a pleasant indoor climate thanks to the integrated comfort ventilation. The atelier is ideally suited as a small practice room, office space, or creative studio. Toilets are available for shared use in the building. Are you interested?
