Rent: CHF 980.– per month all inclusive (flat rate rent), including utilities, electricity, water, internet, Serafe fee (radio and television levy) as well as use of the usual household and cleaning supplies. I am looking for a clean, respectful, reliable and uncomplicated person with a regular income. Cleanliness, mutual consideration and pleasant coexistence are important to me.
