Room in a shared flat

\*Deutsch weiter unten As I’ll be travelling for a few months, I’m subletting my fully furnished room in our spacious and very well-located 3-person shared flat in central Zurich. **Location** The flat is very centrally located, and everything you need is easily reachable on foot, by bike, or by public transport: * Supermarkets (Migros, Coop & Lidl): approx. 5 min walk * Several gyms: approx. 5 min walk * Lake Zurich: approx. 10 min by tram or bike * Zurich Main Station: approx. 10 min by bus * Bars, restaurants & clubs: right around the corner **The Flat** The flat is very spacious and modern. One of the highlights is the large, bright living room with a big window front, as well as the spacious kitchen. The flat also includes: * Large TV with Netflix * Private washing machine and dryer directly in the flat * Professional cleaning of the shared areas every other week **Your Room** The room is over 12m², bright, and fully furnished. It includes: * Bed * Dresser & bedside table * Workstation * Curved monitor * Bluetooth Apple keyboard * Large window front * Private balcony The bathroom is directly connected to the room and shared with one female flatmate. There is also additional storage space with a wardrobe and clothes hangers right outside the room. **Your Flatmates** You’ll be living with Caro and Giulio. Caro is 27, Swiss/German, and works as a psychologist. Giulio is also 27, is from Italy, and works in IT/data. Both are very open, easy-going, and social. They enjoy going out, staying active, and also like doing things together as a flat. **Period** October 2026 to January 2027 **Duration: 4 months** If you’re interested, feel free to send me a few lines about yourself. Looking forward to hearing from you! :) **GERMAN:** **Möbliertes WG-Zimmer mit privatem Balkon im Zentrum von Zürich – Okt. 2026 bis Jan. 2027** Da ich für einige Monate auf Reisen bin, vermiete ich mein voll möbliertes Zimmer in unserer grossen und sehr gut gelegenen 3er-WG im Zentrum von Zürich. **Lage** Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und alles Wichtige ist schnell zu Fuss, mit dem Velo oder mit ÖV erreichbar: * Migros, Coop & Lidl: ca. 5 Min. zu Fuss * Verschiedene Fitnessstudios: ca. 5 Min. zu Fuss * Zürichsee: ca. 10 Min. mit Tram oder Velo * Zürich HB: ca. 10 Min. mit dem Bus * Bars, Restaurants & Clubs: direkt in der Umgebung **Die Wohnung** Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und modern. Netflix * eigene Waschmaschine und Tumbler direkt in der Wohnung * Professionelle reinigung der Gemeinschaftsräume alle zwei Wochen **Dein Zimmer** Das Zimmer ist über 12 m² gross, hell und komplett möbliert. Enthalten sind: * Bett * Kommode & Nachttisch * Arbeitsplatz * Curved Monitor * Bluetooth Apple Keyboard * grosse Fensterfront * privater Balkon Das Badezimmer ist direkt vom Zimmer aus zugänglich und wird mit einer Mitbewohnerin geteilt. Direkt ausserhalb des Zimmers steht dir zudem zusätzlicher Stauraum mit Kleiderschrank und Kleiderbügeln zur Verfügung. **Deine Mitbewohner** Du wirst mit Caro und Giulio zusammenwohnen. Caro ist 27, Schweizerin/Deutsche und arbeitet als Psychologin. Giulio ist ebenfalls 27, kommt aus Italien und arbeitet im Bereich IT/Data. Beide sind offen, unkompliziert und unternehmungslustig, gehen gerne aus, machen Sport und unternehmen auch gerne gemeinsam etwas in der WG. **Zeitraum** Oktober 2026 bis Januar 2027 **Dauer: 4 Monate** Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir gerne ein paar kurze Zeilen über dich.
