Room in a shared flat

German: We are looking for a roommate for our shared flat! It is located in the Bern district of Bethlehem, 15 minutes from the main station (bus stop and tram stop 5 minutes on foot). Uni VonRoll is reachable by bicycle in less than 10 minutes. The room costs 510 CHF excluding utilities, is 13m² big and is to be rented without furniture. We are: Mercedes, 23 years old, studying Psychology in Master's, I like to cook and like to do sports, such as bouldering or jogging, but also enjoy spending a quiet evening at home with a good book :) Julius, 28 years old, veterinarian, is currently preparing for his doctorate. In my free time I do a lot of AcroYoga and like to go to the mountains on the weekend. Often quite spontaneous but roommates are cordially invited to this :) Otherwise, there is the one or other excursion with the Töff. We are looking for a person over 21 years old who is quiet, tidy and independent, but also likes to participate in life in the shared flat. In order to be able to use the accommodation, one must be a student/ apprentice/ teacher.
